Farmers Market Place is proud to offer convenient houseboat grocery delivery

services to our customers on the water. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-

quality products directly to your boat in a timely and safe manner.

1. Eligibility

 Service Area: Houseboat delivery is available to designated docks, marinas, and accessible

anchorage points within 50 miles of our store.

 Delivery Times: Delivery is available 7 days a week from 7:00am-7:00pm

2. Ordering Guidelines

 Minimum Order Requirement: $100 minimum purchase is required for houseboat delivery.

 Order Deadline: Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Delivery Process

 Dockside Delivery: Our staff will deliver directly to your houseboat at the designated marina or

approved docking location.

 Customer Presence: The customer (or authorized recipient) must be present at the time of

delivery to receive and inspect the order.

 Alcohol and tobacco: All deliveries that include alcohol and/or tobacco must show valid ID

upon delivery. Anyone under the age of 21 may NOT under ANY circumstances receive

houseboat delivery that contains these items. We will not complete delivery.

4. Fees & Payments

 Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $50 applies to all houseboat deliveries.

 Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards. Payment must be complete before delivery.

 Tips are accepted and encouraged.

5. Weather & Safety Conditions

 Deliveries may be delayed or canceled due to hazardous weather or unsafe docking conditions.

 Customers will be notified as early as possible in case of changes due to weather or operational

issues.

 In the case of issues like these, full refunds or new delivery date/time will be issued if needed.

6. Returns & Issues

 Any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for refund.
